Restricted Jackson County Court Records

Jackson County Records Not in Court
Not every official record with a Jackson County name is a court record. The Jackson County Clerk and Recorder, currently listed by state sources as Hayle Johnson, handles recorded documents, marriage and civil-union licensing, elections, and motor vehicle office functions.
